Typhoon Koguma Moving North; Typhoon Nolo Expected to Weaken to Tropical Depression

Typhoon Koguma, also called Typhoon No. 29, was near Tokyo’s Minamitorishima island as of noon Sunday, moving northwest at 20 kph, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.
