国安法後香港法治评分创近年新低：人权和制衡同跌逾30位 言论自由连跌七年

「世界正义工程」（World Justice Project）最新的全球法治指数显示，中港两地评分双双下跌，但中国排名维持第92位，香港亦留在第24位。其中，香港的得分跌至近年新低，在八个评估范畴中，有五项全球排名均较去年下跌。对比《港区国安法》实施前，「基本权利」和「政府权力制衡」两项的排名均下跌逾30位。
