PJM Market Monitor Says 42% Of Forecast Data Center Growth Is Delayed Or Canceled
Its Sept. 25 filing puts the figure at 4,017 megawatts. Take that out, it says, and the backup capacity PJM wants to buy shrinks by more than half.
