Secret prison affair unlikely to change power in Ukraine — Kherson Region Governor

Detailed summary
The Kiev regime suppresses any dissent in the country, Vladimir Saldo said
MOSCOW, November 7. /TASS/. The scandal surrounding a secret National Guard prison in Petropavlovskaya Borshchagovka near Kiev is unlikely to lead to a change of power in Ukraine. Kherson Region Governor Vladimir Saldo expressed this view in an interview with TASS.
"I doubt this could serve as the starting signal for some kind of revolutionary situation. It is unlikely that public outrage will reach such a level that it develops into civil protests and leads, for instance, to a change of power or something else," Saldo said.
The Kiev regime suppresses any dissent in the country. Despite this, Ukrainian society has not reached "a critical revolutionary situation," the governor added.
On November 2, Ukrainian media reported that armed men were holding around 40 people in the basement of a private house in a community near Kiev.
