According to OVO Energy, its special assistance package includes items such as free heated pads, heated throws, rechargeable hot water bottles and smart plugs. It is also offering white goods as replacements. While help is available year-round, applications for this year’s enhanced winter support are now open. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, OVO’s specialist teams will work with customers.

The aim is to work together on a one-to-one basis to put together a package of support tailored to their individual circumstances. This could potentially save customers up to £300 a year.
