US allows dark-fleet oil tankers to shed sanctions, says Energy Secretary Chris Wright
Investors are proposing to buy idled sanctioned tankers, refurbish them and use them to transport non-sanctioned oil, Wright said Monday at a Citadel Securities event in New York.
